The Ayurvedic Way 

Inspired by ancient Indian wisdom with the aim of bringing body, mind and soul into harmony. Ayurvedic massage uses gentle, long strokes combined with generous oil application. This  technique is excellent for toning, firming, and maintaining youthful skin. Shirodhara technique can be included (we highly recommend!) involves pouring warm oil over the forehead to enhance a state of calmness and meditation.

Nurturing the Nurturer (Pregnancy Massage)

A pregnancy massage is a wonderful treat for both the mother-to-be and the baby. This  therapy releases tension and promotes relaxation in the body, mind, and soul during  pregnancy. * 3rd Trimester Only

Begin your treatment with a 15 minute Finnish Sauna or Hammam to open your pores. Settle into one of our cosy massage rooms where an Udvartana scrub is applied. Udvartana powder helps reduce water retention and fatigue, while smoothing and toning the skin.  Seep in the natural elements of our mud wrap while embracing a facial completed with San Ceuticals Goji Face Cleansing Oil, Superdose Luminosity Masque, Activator 7 Face Oil, and Cellular Repair Face Lotion.

After a refreshing shower in our Bath House, a hydrating application of enlivening lotion leaves skin toned and lustrous.

Sodashi Revive Body Treatment

Invigorate the body and alleviate fatigue with this full body exfoliation. Warm soothing botanicals are massaged into the skin followed by a vitality boosting mineral-rich Himalayan salt scrub. A warm shower in our Bath House, followed by a hydrating application softens skin reveal visible radiance. Gently stimulating the body's circulation, this scrub is a wonderful post travel treatment.

Sodashi Rejuvenate Body Treatment

Revitalise skin tone and soothe the mind and body with this full body exfoliation. Warm botanical oils are massage into the skin followed by a fragrant Vanilla and Sandalwood to buff  away any dry skin and evaporates any tension. A warm shower in our Bath House, followed by a hydrating application of Vanilla body butter deeply nourishes to leave skin radiant and glowing. Pregnancy safe.

Sodashi Scalp Massage +  Hair Treatment (can be added to any massage or bathhouse booking)

This treatment begins with Sodashi's warm and aromatic foot compressions to relax and refresh aching feet. A luxurious moisture rich Sodashi Scalp Mud is then massaged over the scalp to release pressure and tension. The mask treatment is left to deeply nourish the scalp and leave the hair feeling silky and looking shiny.*Pregnancy Friendly (3rd Trimester Only)
