A cancellation or reschedule less than 48 hrs before your appointment incurs 50% of the booking cost. A cancellation or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment incurs a 100% booking cost.

A cancellation or reschedule must be made via email. That way we can track the time and response.

If you're unable to attend your booking due to sickness, we require a medical note for refund.
